Multiple Birth Families are Stronger when they are Connected and Supported. We would love you to join us at our Multiple Birth Awareness Week Celebration. Meet and connect with people who "Just Get It" or reconnect with those who you have not seen in a while.  Please bring along any support people you need to be able to enjoy your time.  We will be celebrating with a BBQ and of course there will be cake. Let's embrace the Multiple Mayham Together.

Join us for a day of trains at QSMEE! What: A day of train related fun at QSMEE - ride minature trains through kilometres of beautiful tracks, bridges and lanscaped gardens. Where: QSMEE - 122 Warner Rd, Brendale When: Sunday 08th June 10am until 2.30pm Who: Suitable for children who can sit independantly all the way up to grown ups!  Babies can not be carried on the trains - would suggest 18 months and older.  There is plenty of lovely garden/picnic area and shade for blankets and areas to sit.  Cost: $30 per family (2 adults and required number of children). Additional Support People: 2 additional support people per family may be purchased at a cost of $15 per person.  Note: ALL riders must wear enclosed shoes.  This is non negotiable and those without enclosed shoes will be refused entry to the facility.   There is a canteen that can provide tea, coffee, soft drinks and ice-creams, as well as a sausage sizzle for those wanting a hot snack at lunch time (EFTPOS available) General information: The track is open to invited guests for unlimited rides between 10:00am to 2:30pm. There is plenty of on-site parking available and the amenities block has been fitted with toilet facilities for the disabled. Please be aware that the ground is a bit rocky and not extremely pram friendly. It is definitely possible to take a pram, however, be aware the ground is a bit uneven. When booking, please select the 1st ticket (BMBAN Adult Ticket), this cost covers the whole member family, and then fill in ticket details of other family members attending. REFUNDS: Unfortunately refunds will not be available should your circumstances change. Tickets may be passed onto others, however please notify the organiser of any changes. Join the Non Birth Parents for an evening of social axe throwing! 7pm at Maniax Axe Throwing in Newstead. $40 gets you 2 hours of axe throwing fun (including training) and some pizza! When: Sunday 11th September 2022 from 10:00am to 2:30pm Where: The track is located at 122 Warner Road Warner Qld 4500, on the northern side of Brisbane, situated some 22 km or 32 minutes’ drive from the Brisbane GPO. Attendance to our track is by invitation only and reservation is essential. No “walk ins” to the property are permitted on the day.   Booking rules - a ticket must be secured for each BMBAN family member attending. 2 adults per BMBAN family member are permitted to attend. Come and join in the fun in one of BMBAN's most anticipated events of the year. QSMEE operates the Pine Valley Railway on its five acre landscaped property with over 2,000 metres of track. There are tunnels and bridges, as well as a round house and resident koala in the eucalypts above the tracks.   BMBAN contact details: Tiffany Visser - 0450 745 900 - president@bmban.org.au Important information: You MUST wear enclosed shoes or you will not be allowed to ride the trains. What to bring: Enclosed shoes, camp chairs/picnic rug. The grounds are very shady so gazebos are not necessary. General information: The track is open to invited guests for unlimited rides between 10:00am to 2:30pm. There is plenty of on-site parking available and the amenities block has been fitted with toilet facilities for the disabled. Please be aware that the ground is a bit rocky and not extremely pram friendly. It is definitely possible to take a pram, however, be aware the ground is a bit uneven. There is a small canteen located on site selling a small variety of soft drinks / tea & coffee / sandwiches / sausage sizzle / lollies / slices of cake / souvenir badges and teaspoons. The sausage sizzle will run at approximately 12.30 for an hour.   Unfortunately the council licencing laws limit the number of people attending to 150. As a result we are unable to offer spots to family and friends.  When booking, please select the 1st ticket (BMBAN Member Adult), this cost covers the whole family, and then fill in ticket details of other family members attending.
